Sterifirst Steam Integrators work in a way that gives the closest result to biological indicators.

The top cover of the integrator is covered with polypropylene, which can let the steam in at a certain speed. The lower part is covered with aluminum, which prevents the passage of steam. During the steam sterilization process, the tablet, which starts to progress from the moment the biological death starts, passes to the ACCEPT (acceptance) section at the exact moment when the death occurs. There is a chemical tablet in the steam chemical integrator, this tablet starts to move on special litmus paper according to the values in the sterilization process and stops at ACCEPT or REJECT according to the success of sterilization. The length of advance depends on steam, temperature and time.

After sterilization, the color change remains stable for 6 months and can be used for recording.

It is produced in accordance with ISO 11140-1 Class / Type 5 standard.

Indicator inks are water-based, free of toxic chemicals or lead.
